Al-Shafa, Taif
Al-Shafa is a highland area south of Taif city, with terraced farms, fruit orchards and views over the Sarawat mountains. It is often the coolest place in the region and is popular with families in summer.
Farm stalls along the road sell pomegranates, figs, honey and, in spring, Taif rose products.
